At The Art of Fitness LLC we are dedicated to offering quality Pilates and Gyrotonic Expansion System® in a challenging and safe environment. It is our goal to design a program to help our clients maximize their potential as we teach them to strengthen the body and focus the mind.

Our team of teachers are fully certified and participate regularly in continuing education seminars. Each teacher has experience working with healthy individuals as well as sports or age related injuries, pre and post-natal women and seniors.

We guarantee that you will feel better and look better in a matter of weeks. The Art of Fitness LLC is a Pilates Teacher Training Center and offers Educational Workshops.
